   Any unauthorized representations made by Partners are solely the responsibility of the Partner making them.

   Partners are required to comply with all applicable advertising, endorsement, and disclosure laws and regulations, including applicable FTC guidelines, Canadian Competition Bureau requirements, and platform-specific disclosure rules.

   Sponsored relationships, affiliate compensation, and material connections must be clearly disclosed where legally required.

4. Commission & Referral Terms
   

   Referral commissions, affiliate payouts, and incentive structures may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time at our sole discretion.
